I’m an Operations Partner helping solopreneurs, startup founders, and small service businesses including dental clinics bring structure to how they run their day-to-day operations.
Most of the work I do sits behind the scenes; building systems, improving workflows, and helping teams operate in a way that actually feels clear and manageable.
How I Started
I didn’t start out thinking I’d work in operations. Nor was I working in a corner office in a high rise building for a big, reputable company. I worked however in many great, small businesses and non-profits with chaotic, messy systems. Unclear processes or inexistent processes, delayed projects, angry clients and a deep need for systems. What became clear eventually was my early detector for disaster, the ability to smell chaos a mile away. I started advising the business owners on some changes we could make and 100% of the time that the changes were implemented, the improvements were evident and appreciated.
Ultimately, I found myself here. Serving small businesses at my own capacity and enjoying the changes, the smiles, the relief of the client and obviously the growth of the business. Hey, I can relate and that’s why I do what I do.
