Which industries do you support?

We provide operational support to small service businesses in industries such as HVAC, Plumbing, Cleaning, Landscaping, Laundromats, Events as well as Dental Clinics and Non-profits. However, we do like a challenge. If your business is in a different field, reach out to us and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.

Are you virtual assistants?

While we are a remote-first business, we are not Virtual Assistants (VAs). VAs usually execute general day-to-day tasks. While At Lyn Operations we are experts in the field who create systems, strategy and scalability readiness for your business. We are available when needed without being added to your payroll, no long commitments, just real value addition.

Do you advise or do you implement?

The greatest part of working with us is that we do the actual work. After diagnosis of your operations, we do not just advise on the way forward, but we implement with precision.

The service I need is not listed. Do you do extras?

Yes. If you do not see the service you need stated on our services and plans page, be sure to reach out and we can discuss the possibility of a tailored plan for you.

I want to hop on, but I am very busy so how much time do you need from me?

If there’s one thing we’re serious about, it’s you going on those holidays, birthdays and match days. Lyn Operations requires a few hours in the week initially, as we set the scene for your business. Thereafter, we’re practically invisible to you and work with your teams.

When I sign-up for your services do I get an employee assigned to me?

No. At Lyn Operations we provide you with on-going and one-time services as partners that support your business with operations, without the long-term commitment and cost of a full-time employee. However, after reviewing your operations and seeing the need for an employee we can assist you via our partners.

What if I need more than just operations for my business?

We got you! We have partnered with another partner to provide Business Transformation services beyond operations. For example, Human Resources, Technology, Finance, Strategy and Marketing.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of work to be done and sometimes this is influenced by the industry. Our services start at $800 but actual cost is tailored to your business. We also have a pay-per-milestone project which helps you start big projects with confidence. Book a discovery call for a detailed proposal.

I am constantly firefighting and business does not move without me. How can you help?

You’re in the right place. We help you free up your time and focus on your business by tailoring solutions to your operation systems. This could include creating SOPs. Workflows, Change Management, Process Mapping e.tc. It does not matter the solution, the result is always a happier, stress-free you.

Do you work with a team?

Yes. I lead with an experienced team that brings their expertise, efficiency and professionalism to deliver only the best quality of work for you. While we are non-exclusive, we take on a limited number of jobs to ensure maximum quality of work is executed for each of our clients.
